The hotel location is superb, surrounded by stunning fall foliage along Mapo-daero. The rooms were beyond my expectations, although I was careful about potential water splashes. The warm ambiance was cozy, but a humidifier would have been a nice addition.
The hotel is in a great location, close to main destinations and with plenty of food choices around. The rooms are acceptable, though they can get warm at times. The service is very courteous and professional. The dining provides adequate options but could do with more variety. Overall, a convenient and friendly place to stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms with a terrace were very clean and looked great. The living area could be separated from the washstand for more space, but overall, it was nice and pretty big. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping to the concierge. The location was convenient, close to subway and train stations with loads of small restaurants nearby. The dining experience had delicate international choices, although a more reasonable coffee shop would be nice for fresh morning coffee. The facilities were great - a lovely place all around!
